Returns & Refunds

I want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's exactly how it works.

Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let me know you'd like to return it. You don't need to give a reason. Once you've told me, you have a further 14 days to get the item back to me.

To start a return, email moodycowstudio@gmail.com with your order number and I'll send you the return address.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or arrived damaged. I'd recommend a tracked service — until it reaches me, the parcel is your responsibility, and I can't refund something that gets lost on the way back.

Condition

Please send items back unused and in their original packaging, with prints in their cellophane sleeve or tube. Everything is made and packed by hand here in Leeds, so items need to arrive back in a resaleable condition for me to refund them.

Faulty or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, that's on me and I'll sort it properly. Email me within 30 days with a photo and I'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage. No quibbling.

Items I can't accept back

Personalised and custom-made items are exempt from the standard right to cancel, as they're made specifically for you and can't be resold. This doesn't affect your rights if the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, I'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Your refund will include the standard delivery cost you paid on the original order. If you chose an upgraded or express service, I'll refund up to the value of standard delivery.

Anything else

I'm a one-woman business and I read every email myself. If something's gone wrong, tell me — I'd always rather fix it than have you stuck with something you're not happy with.
